The internet site hit air.ch, together with the related rights, as a whole, is property of hit-air Switzerland. Any copy or reproduction in whole or in part of graphics or text is subject to approval of hit-air Switzerland. The creation of Hypertext links to hit-air.ch is permitted without specific requests.1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The Buyer acknowledges the Terms and Conditions of Business – Buyers and expressly accepts it without reserve. Any condition not in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Business - Buyers, contained in any document will be rejected unless a prior, written exemption is granted from hit-air Switzerland. The present Terms and Conditions of Sales may be modified at any time by hit-air Switzerland.2. PRODUCTS
In its catalog, hit-air in Switzerland proposes its products, available in stock or for ordering. Should, for any reason a chosen article be out of stock, hit-air Switzerland shall promptly notify the Buyer on the estimated delay needed to have the article again in stock and dispatch it to the Buyer in the shortest period of time. hit-air Switzerland may also propose the replacement of the article by another or its refund. Product details of an article posted on the internet site that is no longer manufactured is removed from the site and from the paper catalog within a maximum of one month. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. In case of error, hit-air Switzerland shall bear in no case any responsibility.3. ORDERS
hit-air’s automatic registration system is considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The electronic certificate issued by the system on payment serves as evidence of the amount and date of the transaction. An email confirmation is sent to the Buyer to confirm the acceptance of the order by hit-air Switzerland. The transaction will be concluded after the receipt of payment of the related invoice by the Buyer. hit-air Switzerland reserves the right to cancel any order should there be an ongoing dispute over the payment of a previous order or if the Buyer’s details are not in conformity with the terms of the delivery (see paragraph 4). hit-air Switzerland could also check the details of the Buyer before validating or canceling an order. Thus, should a transaction made by credit-card on a banking platform be cancelled, the holder of the card will be immediately re-credited with the full amount of the order.The information provided is binding for the Buyer. Without precise details hit-air cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the product(s) ordered. To allow the delivery, the details given can be modified or rectified anytime by the Buyer.4. DELIVERY
The Buyer should check the state of the parcel upon delivery and report an eventual damage observed to hit-air Switzerland. In the case of delivery of a damaged article by the Post, it is advised to make information about the damage to hit-air Switzerland within 48 hours. After the return of the damaged article in its original packing, a new item will be delivered and return costs reimbursed. In case of an apparent defect of the product, the Buyer has the right to return the good(s) as provided in paragraph 6 of this document. Potential delays in delivering do not entitle the Buyer to make damage claim.In case of “force majeure” (war, riot, fire, strike, accident and impossibility to receive stock supply) hit-air Switzerland will be released from its obligations to deliver the goods ordered.5. EXCHANGE
The exchange of a Hit-Air vest / jacket must bedone within 10 days of receipt. The returned product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition and in its original case. The accessories are neither taken back nor exchanged.6. WARRANTY
hit-air Switzerland provides a guarantee of 24 months on the hit-air jackets & vests and accessories provided that yearly maintenance has been duly conducted. by an authorised Buyer, according to our recommendations. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. To obtain an intervention based on the warranty of the original product delivered by hit-air Switzerland, the Buyer must inform hit-air Switzerland who will decide on the measures to be taken to honor the warranty (i.e. exchange or repair). The following are excluded from the warranty:
- Any damage resulting from breach of the periodic maintenance specified by hit-air Switzerland.
- Any damage resulting from a non authorised repair or from a maintenance operation not specified by hit-air Switzerland.
- Any damage resulting from use of the product in a way not recommended in the manual of use.
- Any damage resulting from the use of parts not of origin.
- Any damage resulting from modifications of the product not approved by hit-air Switzerland (custom preparation, embroidery, etc.).
- Any damage resulting from normal use and aging.
- Any damage resulting from inadequate storage or transport.
The prices indicated are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The current VAT is 8.0%. Prices shown on the product catalogs and products descriptions (website) do not take into account the cost of delivery that is invoiced at cost.8. PAYMENTS
Payments are made by credit cards when buying through our internet site or, when ordering through our salesperson, exceptionally, on invoice (net within 30 days; discount of 2% within 10days).On our internet site, the transaction takes place via the secure payment system PayPal. Once validated by the Buyer and validated by the payment center, the order will be considered effective. Hit-air Switzerland undertakes to exchange the VEST or JACKET Hit-Air because of size & measures related problems. The buyer has 10 days, after receiving his order, to request the exchange or refund. The Hit-Air Vest & Jacket be resent must remain unworn and in its original packaging. The return request must be made in writing or by email to email@example.com and resent by registered parcel to the following address:

Hit-Air Switzerland explicitly excludes any right of return on the accessories as well as on models subject to a special request of the customer and for which Hit-Air Switzerland must obtain supplies directly from manufacturer.
Return conditions are as follows:
- Return the item within 10 days of receiving the package,
- Resend the item in the box in which it was sent to you or in an identical box (reinforced, same size) if the first one has been damaged,
- The article should not have been worn. All tags must remain on the item for the exchange to be accepted,
- The item must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging. Also remember to put the plastic cover in the model to protect it,
- The parcel must be sent by registered post with tracking number. Shipping costs back and forth are at the charge of the buyer.
Resend agains signature will be refused.
Warning: In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, Hit-Air Switzerland reserves the right to refuse the return and return the package directly to the sender.10. RESERVE OF OWNERSHIP
According to article 715 of the Swiss Civil Code, until the full payment of the related invoice - principal, interest and costs – all item sold including accessories is subject of a reserve of ownership in favor of hit-air Switzerland. This reserve may, at any time, be entered in the public register kept by the Office of the court. In case of late payment, hit-air Switzerland is entitled to seize the related property without prior procedure.11. DISCLAIMER
